QuestionA fandom is more than a fandom to a lot of people. It's a family. Look into the Save Sashi wave that hit Tumblr a few weeks ago. The Supernatural fandom literally saved someone's life. Some people get a little crazy but fandom can be a lot of things. Answer

That’s kind of the point I was trying to make, but I couldn’t fit it simply into a little joke quote. The problem I have is with people personifying a fandom. 

Like a fandom is a bunch of people united in loving a thing. And great things can come of it. Trust me I know that. And I just think it’s weird when people are like [General statement about every person in this fandom] 

Mostly I am just freaking out because I have never gotten a serious anon ask
